We have implemented this policy in order to keep everyone safe.

If it snows…

Level 1 snow emergency in either Delaware or Franklin county: we will operate as usual. We will have morning Mass, and Adoration and all offices will be open.

Level 2 snow emergency in either Delaware or Franklin county: parish offices, Adoration, and the church will be closed and weekday Masses will be canceled. However, if it is a holy day or during weekend Masses, we will maintain our regular Mass schedule and the church will be locked after Mass.

Level 3 snow emergency in either Delaware or Franklin county: the parish offices, Adoration, and church will be closed, and weekday Masses will be canceled, as well as a holy day and weekend Masses.

Be sure to use your best judgment when driving in winter weather and refrain from driving if you are not comfortable with the roads in your area.

If it snows on a day with Youth Faith Formation (YFF) activities including Parish School of Religion (PSR) and/or Youth Ministry (YM)…

If Olentangy Schools are closed because of weather — all YFF activities will also be canceled. This means all YFF activities will be canceled even if conditions have improved by the scheduled time including PSR classes and YM youth groups.

• A status message will be posted on our YFF answering machine.
• A notification will be sent to all families via flocknote.

If Olentangy Schools release early because of weather, PSR will be canceled.

If we need to close YFF on a Sunday because of weather (if there is a level 2 or 3 snow emergency in Delaware or Franklin county, classes will be canceled).
